“Well deserved”: Florida man mocking wheel-chair bound woman with Down Syndrome gets beaten up by brother at Disney World (video in the comments)

A 61-year-old man, Brent George, was arrested at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn after taunting a woman with Down syndrome. The incident occurred at the Bellevue Lounge, where George allegedly mocked the woman, who was in a wheelchair, before tensions escalated into a physical altercation.

George, who had been drinking at the bar, claimed he didn’t remember the details of the incident. He said he was struck with a glass cup but couldn’t recall what triggered the fight. The family involved, however, reported that George had targeted the woman’s younger sister, mocking her grunts. The altercation escalated when the mother, Cadence Goldberg, confronted George, and he shoved her. A physical struggle ensued, and George was eventually subdued and arrested.

He faces four counts of first-degree battery. His wife bailed him out on a $4,000 bond, and George has pleaded not guilty to the charges. It is still unclear whether the case will proceed.
