French tattoo artist Anthony Loffredo has shocked fans by sharing a throwback photo before his transformation into the ‘Black Alien.’ Over the years, he has removed parts of his nose, ears, top lip, and fingers and is considering a leg amputation.

While some fans praised his bold look, others questioned the drastic change. Loffredo admits his appearance has led to challenges, including job rejections and restaurant refusals.

Despite acknowledging he was a “very sexy guy” before, Loffredo insists:
